Great Service
I have been using Nationwide for over 4 years to insure my two fur babies. Early on my only complaint was the time it took to process claims (up to 4 weeks); however, the last several claims I have submitted have been processed in a very timely manner and I'm receiving my reimbursement within a week, no more than two. Good job Nationwide!

After having terrible experiences with two of the other top names in the pet insurance industry, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Nationwide! The ease of use, ability for my veterinarian to file my claims or use the handy mobile App is great. The claims process from beginning to end is easy, clearly explained, and quick. All customer service experiences have been stellar!

Absolutely wonderful!
I absolutely love Healthy Paws! My dog Scout was diagnosed with Epilepsy when she was about 2 years old, she's had to take two medications every month ever since. That along with normal scrapes she gets into means her vet bills can get really high. I am so glad I took a friends advise and picked a health insurance policy for Scout when she was a puppy because it has helped tremendously. They are quick to process claims and are detailed in what they coved. The re-imbursement hits my bank account in a few days, it really provides ease of mind.

I have always been skeptical with pet insurance due to coverage. I know I eventually had to get it for Nike as he is getting older. I am glad I did because just recently we’ve been having to take Nike to the vet because of skin issues. He also just had a procedure done. As all pet owners know, veterinary expenses are not cheap but as a pet owner, you want the best treatment for your dog. I know for me, I wanted to get Nike the best care. With the expenses piling up, I am relieved that Nationwide covered 90% of the cost after my $250 deductible. Knowing they have been on my side through this process has been a great relief, for me and my pockets. I am very happy with the coverage and handling the claims through the app. Easy as one-two-three and receive the response in just less than a week. This insurance have been very beneficial for me and Nike. I have never been happier to have an insurance company who wants what’s best for your pets.
