No one wants a 'Per-Condition' deductible.
No one wants a 'Per-Condition' deductible. It should be per year IMO. Also, no-one wants either a deductible or a premium that can increase by an unknown amount every year making it unreasonable to even carry insurance past the first couple of years. There should be a guaranteed and reasonable maximum that either of these things can be increased by per year and once insurance is granted it should not be able to be cancelled during the life of that pet for any reason. Clear policies with no surprises...this is what people want.

Do NOT use this service first interaction was a hike in fees due to a change of address less than a mile away of the first. second was trying to process an invoice for a vet visit and lab test, 6 weeks and 20 emails later and nothing but grief from these guys. do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere

Never be without it
Our dog got sick late Saturday night throwing up and then Sunday would not eat or drink. So, we took him to emergency vet on Sunday morning. It was not cheap, but we needed to know what was going. He was still not better feeling better on Monday. Needless to say trips to the vet over 10 day period and our pet was himself. I was not sure how much we would get back, but we go about 75% of what we paid. I will never be without this coverage again.
