Pets Best is the BEST!! Our Bella has had one medical issue after the other, ever since we adopted her at age 1 year old. Pets Best has been by our side every step of the way. Fast and Efficient Claims Process.
The claims process online is simple to follow. I like that it sends a confirmation email to let me know Trupanion had received my claim and was reviewing it. They got back to me within a week with a detailed breakdown of what was covered and what portion was not. Clear and efficient!
