First Claim process is HORRIBLE
I have to say the claim submission was pretty easy....UNTIL...they sent me multiple emails about needing more medical records. It turns out the paperwork I get from the VET is not good enough. They need the records that include all Vet notes, lab results the whole nine yards. They tell you this is not normally given to the client so I have to call and make a special request to get my vet to give me this info. Are you kidding me? Why can't they call the vet if they need extra detailed paperwork that the vet doesn't give the client? Canceling today after reading about the premium increases.

Embrace pet insurance has been great with my beloved Sasha and me! My baby recently passed away and as you can imagine the pain is devastating; however, embrace pet insurance members have been amazing.
