Claims
My dog was recently diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer), so we have been submitting a lot of claims for his surgery and treatment. The claim processing was delayed due to their overall volume of requests, but Pets Best kept me informed which I appreciated. The parts of my claims that were eligible for reimbursement per my policy were paid with no issues. I have been a customer for 3 years so far and I am happy with my experience. I would reccomend Pets Best.

Bittersweet!
The bill from the vet was $156; we got back $70. It cost me $250 a month for insurance. I would like a better pay out, I'm not sure if it's worth getting insurance.
