Grateful for the awesome coverage and service
Thank God for our insurance coverage with Nationwide for our 14-year-old furbaby who needed an operation for her torn ACL. We have been able to take care of her and rest easy, financially, because Nationwide was there. Too many times an owner who doesn't have the right insurance or can't afford it, is forced to euthanize their four-legged family members. I am grateful that we have been able to maintain our insurance payments because we would not have been to afford this surgery, not to mention the many times that we have been covered for yearly health maintenance for both of our "girls."

ASPCA is a phenomenal provider of pet insurance with exceptional customer service!
Our wonderful 8 year old Shi Tzu Chloe became unexpectedly ill with an eye issue and then had a terrible reaction to the medication. These were hard to deal with and you hate to see your pet so sick. One condition ended up putting her into intensive care in an animal hospital for two days which was very scary. The fact that the ASPCA insurance gave us piece of mind we were covered, we could focus on her care with less anxiety during this trying time. In addition, it is so simple to file claims via online or mobile to recoup some of the care costs back. It was amazing!

Peace of mind
Dog ate mysterious mushrooms in yard. Having Pets Best helped us decide NOT to hesitate and take him to Animal ER ASAP. Knowing it would be covered took the burden of thinking about expense off our minds and let us focus on making him well.

Appreciate the coverage
My cat became sick very rapidly and died unexpectedly..no time left for extensive tx. claims were not extensive and I had no expectation of reimbursement. i submitted claims w/o really thinking about details..just grieving..all were respectful of that except the vet, but that told me all I needed to know. We have since added Buster and appreciate this coverage.
