Bittersweet!

Vision Loss Due to Cataracts
My dog lost his vision due to cataracts. It was a condition covered by the Trupanion policy. Trupanion shared the cost of surgery to treat the condition exactly as they said they would. Filing the claims electronically was easy. Having a Trupanion policy allowed me to make the decision to seek treatment based more on the risk/benefit, rather than the cost.

Easy to claim
It was nice that the vet was able to send in the claim. I didnt have to do anything. I liked getting a email notifying me that the claim was submitted. I can make sure nothing gets missed this way
