Wellness for my puppy
I am very pleased with the wellness program, what they cover and how fast they pay the claims. It is very clearly stated in the policy what is covered and for how much. I have never had a problem with an unfairly paid claim. I am very proud to refer my friends and family to Pet's Best.

Paid quickly
I filed a claim on line by taking a picture of the bill for a wellness exam. I expected at least a month before I heard anything but the accepted portion of the claim was processed and paid within 10 days!! Totally different from most other insurance experiences!:)

Trupanion really cares!
Thankfully, I didn't need to use Trupanion much over the 9 years I had my senior Westie. But the few times I did, Trupanion's customer service was gold standard! I was always treated respectfully & felt that the care representative really cared about what was happening with Chris, my dog. At the end of Chris' life, I incurred a large bill. Trupanion's claim process for this was simple & expedient. I felt cared for when having to do business while grieving. I can't say enough positive things about Trupanion & will continue to recommend them to fellow pet owners!
