The cost is worth it! When my cat had a terrible reaction to a set of vaccinations, submitting to the insurance was incredibly easy and if I ever had a question, the phone call representatives were always friendly and helpful. Any concerns are always addressed and followed up on. I am very happy with my experience thus far.

Several friends have Trupanion and when their dogs needed expensive care you immediately reimbursed them.
Several friends have Trupanion and when their dogs needed expensive care, you immediately reimbursed them. Plus, customer service only nice. Hopefully, my dog will NEVER need expensive care; but nice to know I can count on you
