Trupanion really cares!
Thankfully, I didn't need to use Trupanion much over the 9 years I had my senior Westie. But the few times I did, Trupanion's customer service was gold standard! I was always treated respectfully & felt that the care representative really cared about what was happening with Chris, my dog. At the end of Chris' life, I incurred a large bill. Trupanion's claim process for this was simple & expedient. I felt cared for when having to do business while grieving. I can't say enough positive things about Trupanion & will continue to recommend them to fellow pet owners!

Kitty Cat Tail in the Door
My cat got his tail caught in an interior door'? caused a longitudinal laceration mid-tail. I was in tears!! Took him to the vet, paid out-of-pocket and the vet office sent my claim to Trupanion. Almost an immediate response along with an email hoping that my cat was doing ok. Very prompt and caring'? I highly recommend Trupanion insurance!
