Recently I have found that you have made some revisions to make claim submissions much easier and I appreciate that during these troubling times. Great Customer Service with Fast and Easy Claim Resolution
What I like about Embrace is that I was able to customize the policy terms to suit my needs and come up with a price that is affordable. Sending in claims is always easy and since I opted for direct deposit of my reimbursements, there is an even quicker turn around time to receive my money. Payments are also easily deducted from my checking account on a monthly basis so there is no monthly check to write. I checked into many other companies when I decided to purchase pet insurance, so I did my homework. My daughter also purchased Embrace for her dog upon my recommendation. Customer service individuals have always been pleasant and helpful when I have needed to speak to someone. I like their informative e-mails, offering pet information covering all aspects of pet issues to keep you informed.

Awesome Pet Insurance
Our puppy had an unfortunate accident resulting in expensive surgery. Embrace reimbursed me as promised in my policy within a few weeks.
