Doing what you promise.
This is the first time I have taken insurance on my pet. I was new to the procedures and had trepidations about the value and ease of having a policy. My first Vet bill solved my worries. The claim procedure could not be easier, and the payment arrived at my bank as promised. Pets Best met all it promises.

Pets Best is a Class Act
Having insured my many pets over the years, I have never had a problem at all. Only once was a claim denied, which I didn't understand; I phoned and spoke with a polite representative who offered to have my claim referred to an independent medical team. The result of that step is that the new eyes on my claim approved it, much to my pleasure at the happy ending. Give PB highest raves for quality customer service!

Waiting for response
My claim was declined which I understood but decision took longer than expected. As a matter of fact I email asking if a decision was made because I didn't hear anything. A follow up after a certain time goes would have been nice letting me know you hadn't forgotten. Hope this helps Judy

Glad my Vet was able to direct bill.
We had unexpected Vet expenses. It was super easy to submit a claim. They do direct billing. I paid my portion and trupanion paid my Vet directly. I got an email with the break down. Overall it was a simple process.
