Stephanie was great however by the time I actually received the Password Reset email 30 minutes had passed and the link had expired.
Stephanie was great, however by the time I actually received the Password Reset email, 30 minutes had passed and the link had expired. This happened both when I used the website to reset my password and when I spoke with Stephanie over the phone. Still haven't reset my password.

I (mostly) love Truepanion
Overall I have been happy with Trupanion and appreciate the peace of mind it offers in ensuring my pet would be able to be treated in the event of a grave injury and illness. However, really frustrated that I was charged the $250 deductible for my recent claim even though it was for the same condition for which a claim was paid out back in 2018. The condition-based deductible was a major selling point for, so to see it not being enacted is very disapopinting.

Recurring Problem
We took our dog back for an issue identified earlier and the vet fee was not taken off the deductible. I understand that when a problem is first identified we are on the hook for the vets fees but if I go back for same issue the vet cost are still not taken off the deductible. You need to state up front you will never pay for a vets wages no matter how many times you go back for the same problem and you really only cover drugs and other items like X-rays.
