Great customer service experience!
This is the second time we had the need to file a claim. In both cases the claim was processed immediately, I wish health insurance for humans was this hassle free!! Having an emergency with your pet is stressful enough, we were very relieved that the claim process is done so efficiently and quickly.

Peace of mind for my aging fur babies
I purchased insurance 8 years ago & have really been grateful since my cats are now going on 14 & 15 and have really needed it this past year.
