Great from first call to speedy payment
From the moment I called to say our dog needed a second ACL surgery in 4 months and I received a lovely, caring response through the pre-approval process to the speedy payment of our claim, I could not have asked for more professional and responsive treatment.

Great turnaround
For me the claim process is effortless. My vet sends in the claim and the cheque arrives witin days. This is important to me because Shiba has a liver disease and requires daily medication and various blood tests regularly.
