Quick, easy, and convenient
Buying pet insurance is the best purchase I’ve ever made! Nationwide makes it so easy! I send a picture of the receipt from my vet and they begin processing the claim! Super happy with their insurance!

AKC's registration is misleading
AKC's registration is misleading. One of the first benefits that AKC mentions is 30 days of pet insurance. However, it isn't until you pay and finish your registration that they tell you that your state does not qualify. Very misleading! I called customer service to see if they can remedy this situation, and they were unable to. They say that my purchase is non-refundable. They acknowledged the frustration and misleading marketing, but they did nothing about it.

Peace of mind.
We are so glad we chose NationWide to be there for Finn. We were away recently and he became ill. We were able to use a local vet who helped him to a full recovery with the knowledge that Nationwide would help cover most of the costs and for us to beable to carry on our holiday. Having pet insurance gives one peace of mind in the event of ones fur baby needing help.

Best Pet Insurance you can have.
Our Siberian Husky has been with Embrace since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 7 years old and we have had to file claims and never had a problem with them. They respond within the time frame they say they will and we have the money deposited directly into our bank account. Also, if I've called or emailed with a question it was met with a friendly, courteous response. My husband and I always recommend Embrace when talking to other pet owners.

Quick Response to Claim Submission
Upon submission of my claim to Nationwide Pet Insurance, I received an email from them acknowledging receipt of my claim. During the processing of the claim, I knew the stage of processing. After Nationwide's review, I received an advanced statement of payment of allowed costs, the amount I would be receiving, and payment was being processed. I received reimbursement quickly, I like being kept informed as to the stages of processing the claims. I was able to put my attention on my pet's needs knowing that I had made the right decision to take him to the Vet for needed care and treatment to return him to good health.

Thankful for Pet Insurance
We got pet insurance because it was offered through my work. Very thankful we took advantage as a puppy can be very mischievous! Although our dog is now officially a dog, he still has gotten into trouble. Insurance has made things more affordable. And Nationwide makes it easy.
