Trupanion has been so great at responding quickly to insurance claims. The response and subsequent reimbursement has been extremely quick. I only wish our human insurance was close to the service we receive from Trupanion.

Tanya was wonderful.
Tanya was wonderful. I was frantic trying to get my dog pre-approval to have the emergency vet treat my pooch, and she stayed calm and walked me through the process. She sent the preapproval through in less than 10 minutes, which removed the stress of making decisions for my dog from a financial perspective rather than making those decisions based on what was going to save my dog's life.
