My lab tore an acl
My lab tore an acl. Expensive surgical fix. Last year she had a fractured shoulder and yet another expensive surgical repair. In both cases Pets Best was really great to work with. The coverage is really good. Both my settlements took a lot of the monetary sting out of the ordeal. I have had this insurance on my last 4 Labs. This is a must for a working dog, and valued member of our family.

Our Henry is recovering nicely, His doctor says he will make a full recovery and be able to run again. Healthy Paws Pet Insurance made that possible. I didn’t have to make a decision based on money, but rather one based on long-term quality of life. This is his second TPLO and they have paid in excess of $8,000. They took over a month for reimbursement
They took over a month for reimbursement. I made over 5 phone calls following up. They always said they would call back and never Once did they call back. $$$$$Did you not read that I called 5 different times to follow up and they never called me back to ask any questions. Just keep telling me they were backed up and may take 10 business days. Nothing about more paper work needed. They had everything from the first day.
