I had never filed a claim. My yorkie was very ill and needed testing, meds, ultrasound and ivs. I submitted my claim for the entire costs. Spot processed my claim quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the company.

Outrageous Increases
The coverage itself is fine, It's just the rates are outrageous once they have you. It seems like once they lock you in with a condition that would be pre-existing if you went elsewhere, the cost goes up exponentially. what started at $60/mo coverage, is now $148, going up $38 this year alone! Seems to me that I might be better off just saving the money in a separate account to cover the vet bills, at least I would get interest!
