I have a sweet energetic english bulldog named Gustavo and as soon as we got him my good friend told me about Health Paws. They got it for their Frenchie and said it was much better than other pet insurance companies they had. I followed their advice and got Health Paws right away. I couldn't be happier with the service and follow up!

Great service, caring people
We love Healthy Paws pet insurance because you can set your own rate by choosing your deductible and your copay! We have a Saint Bernard who seems to have a lot of issues, so we choose the 90% coverage, which is great for us because it covers his expensive tests and procedures. But on our other dog, who doesn't need as much medical care, we choose the 70% option to save on the premium. Works out great for us. The claims process is easy and they pay quickly.

We were extremely impressed with the communication and efficiency throughout the claim process.
I was so impressed with how well Hartville handled our claim. They were in constant communication via email with me. They moved quickly to get the information they needed from our vet and processed our claim in a very timely matter. Then they even called to follow up on how our pet was recovering and offered any other assistance. Very satisfied customer. I have already recommended them to several friends and family with fur babies.
