Your definition of pre-existing conditions is so broad as to be laughable. As a retired physician I know that your definition of '�same condition' is merely a ploy to avoid payment of a claim. I'm not sure why I continue to pay the escalating premiums.

The person answering g the phone was very helpful. Last year when 2 of our dogs were sick and died, we received a lovely condolence card. Having Trupanion helped us to do everything we possibly could and paid thousands of dollars to the animal hospital. We still have our boy pug of almost 11 years and adopted a sweet Pekinese boy who is less than 2. This puppy came from a rescue group and he brought joy back into our lives after losing 2 beloved pets last year.

I really am so happy with Trupanion and have been a member for 10+ years. I really hope nothing changes. I had a choice to have a reduced rate with my new pet through my company, so I tried to join Nationwide Pet Insurance. Horrible from the start, I quickly ended with Nationwide and signed up my new pet with Trupanion.
