So far so good.
So far, so good. I haven't had to make a claim, but the customer service has been outstanding. Liked the fellow, Joe, who enrolled me last Saturday, but he apparently miscopied my email address, so I never received my confirmation. I spoke with a woman on Monday to straighten things out, and it was an exemplary customer service experience. She was friendly, reassuring, and extraordinarily competent, and everything was accurately in place within a few minutes.
