While Evan was great on the phone and was as helpful as he could be the situation for my call was NOT resolved it wasn't in Evans level to do.
While Evan was great on the phone and was as helpful as he could be the situation for my call was NOT resolved, it wasn't in Evans level to do. I am most unhappy this situation arose in the first place. I highly resent a claim person to deny a claim on medication that has previous been prescribed and accepted by trupanion for the same condition for the same dog. I also highly resent the claim person making her own diagnosis on this claim for a condition my dog does not have.
