Love the service but as always in this day and age everything costs...I would love to see more general things covered as well like maybe 1 annual dental...that way u can catch problems before they get bad...more preventative medicine covered...

Not all recognized treatments covered.
Laser treatments for my dog's arthritis deemed preventative when they definitely reduce pain and increase mobility without dangerous side effects of increased sosages of medication. So laser treatments ARE treatments for malady and should be covered.

I had emailed a question and never received a reply back. I have not received yet for my prescription portion of my bill as of today. I am often put on hold a very long time when I call your company for questions.

I have been with Healthy Paws for over 5 years with one dog and put my second dog on 2 years ago. I have been pleased over the years with all that they cover and the ease of understanding what is covered and by how much. They are VERY prompt with their payments and I often have it in less than 10 business days. There customer service folks are kind, helpful and easy to work with. I have had one small, just a few dollars, increase in the last 5 years.

This is a very help policy, also ways covers more then I think it covers.
Well managed never feel afraid to take my pet in for illnesses or injuries they always help. I don’t feel as they are trying to to get out of helping me with my pets. I would recommend this insurance to any body.
