TRUE PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
After treatment was completed by our Vet Hospital I was given an itemized billing for professional services rendered. I called Trupanion to ask for assistance in submitting this claim and they immediately sent me a claim form to be completed. I followed their instructions and sent all information back to them for review and processing. The claim was processed and I just received a check for reimbursement less the deductible and services that were not eligible. I am very pleased with the services of Trupanion

I've been mailing claims to your office using the postal system, and that has worked well. However, from now on, with the help of our vet's office, I will ask them to fax or email claims which will make the process even easier and faster.
