Healthy Paws has incredible customer service
We have two dogs that are insured by Healthy Paws and have been incredibly pleased with the service they provide. The older dog tore her ACL on one hind leg this summer and, 2 months later, tore her ACL on the other leg. Both required surgery. Healthy Paws paid both bills promptly and sent very nice follow-up emails. We have made some other smaller claims in the past and have come to appreciate the professional, warm service they provide. It has been flawless in our 8 years of experience with it.

I have had several wellness visits and accident claims and not only has nationwide paid the claim promptly, they always follow up with how is your pet feeling. Love this company because I have peace of mind knowing my baby has coverage and can remain healthy with insurance coverage

New puppy care!
Nationwide's coverage for our new puppy has been awesome. He was able to get all checked out when we first got him (got all shots, etc.) and then recently when he wasn't feeling well we also had the ease of mind that we could make sure he got the care he needed without us having to worry about the expense. Tulip is recovering from giardia and feeling much much better. We look forward to many years with Tulip and Nationwide!

Best pet insurance out there
Emergency pet visits can be very expensive and your pet's health can be unpredictable. I have peace of mind knowing that should my fur-baby fall ill outside the normal vet hours, that I can take him to be seen at the emergency clinic and Nationwide is really "on your side". You take the bill, you take a picture of it, and within a few days, they complete your claim. It is really that easy.
