Thankful to have, process could improve
Grateful to have the insurance at a unexpected and critical time for my kitty. The claims process was a bit frustrating. When additional information was needed it was not clear till I had to make 2 phone calls that a gap letter was needed. After I didn’t submit any new information, it still took several weeks more to process. When I would call in I could not get any ETA or anything further.

The short amount of time between making the claim, processing the claim and receiving a check is incredibly quick!
This the first year that I have ever had pet insurance after 25 years of owning dogs. I wish I had done this sooner! Everything has been so easy - from filing the claim, receiving updates on the status and receiving a check. Friendly, professionals, received reimbursements in a timly mannor. Bella is our beloved baby we knew when we adopted her we would love her forever and wanted to be sure she was covered medically as we ourselves are covered. Unexpectedly Bella had a seizure.
