Fantastic Service
We decided to insure our new puppy (Harley) with Healthy Paws and we are so glad we did! We had only had him for 2 months and he was taken very ill one morning and could not get into to our normal vets. We had to take him to the emergency vet in Torrance. We discovered he has a serious linear blockage and would need a major operation. Of course very worried we also had not used our insurance before and we were told the estimated costs would be around $6,500! When I spoke to the advisor at HP I expressed my concern that we were not at our normal vets. They then passed me through to a specialist to look at what would be covered. Not only did they provide an amazing service, but they also dealt directly with the medical team, which was a huge help at a time we were crazy worried! Since his operation he has seemed to make a full recovery and the support, kindness and cover we received from the whole Healthy Paws Team was amazing. They have followed up to make sure he is ok and we are so grateful and pleased we chose to use Healthy Paws for our pet insurance. I cannot recommended them highly enough, thank you!

We rely on Nationwide
We had this insurance for our dog that recently (sadly) passed away. Nationwide was very good about covering many of the last expenses like specialist visits, regular visits, and emergency care. We have both our kittens insured now. Nationwide a large portion of the cost of spaying which is very helpful.

Overall, very happy our first claim went so well.
We had to hospitalize our little Yorkie overnight. We were terrified for him and wanted to make sure he received any and all treatments necessary but, unfortunately working for the government doesn’t really leave us rollin in the dough. Thankfully, I remember I had purchased pet insurance through Trupanion after reading reviews online. The claim process was easy, efficient and was processed WAY faster than I had expected! Grateful Rocky Thanks
We don't know what we would do without Nationwide to help us with costs of our dear boy Rocky. Being a rescue pup, we were not aware of any allergies or skin issues. Its all fun and games till you end up in a cone
Our dog Igor required a extremely invasive surgery removing two feet of his intestine. Not everything went smooth,but seven weeks later we finally could removed his cone. Incredibly he's going great. Thanks to our Trupanion policy financial stress was greatly reduced. Every part of out claim was simple and timely and that's exactly what we needed.

Once again Trupanion was there for us when Winter got sick! Vet bills are very expensive, that being said it makes it so much easier when you know Trupanion has your back in times of need..Winter (15 month old Siberian Husky) is doing much better and she was able to receive the care she needed ..So happy that I have Trupanion insurance for her....Trupanion insurance is a must for any fur baby family...it helps ease the burden when your fur baby gets sick!

Top notch service
I have been touting Trupanion wherever I go. Not only do they stay right on top of everything during the claim process, everybody expresses heartfelt concern for my pet. Jeremiah, a 6 yo Saint was diagnosed with bone cancer which required amputation of left hind leg and chemotherapy which he is now receiving. Because I had good insurance, I never had to worry about the high costs of treatment which I otherwise could not have afforded.

My eperience has been exceptional.! Great very professional staff and service.
Have been a client since 2001 when adopted 2 Persian cats and joined the insurance my experience was always at the highest level of service. Three years ago adopted a rescue cat and had some minor health problems that the insurance had been so very helpful, by email and phone. I could not say enough of the good service and the way I had been treated. You guys are amazing! Happy Thanksgiving and best Holidays ever.

Remarkably quick payment on claims!
Nationwide's Pet Insurance has been a tremendous asset for our family. We have had multiple opportunities to activate the policy and Nationwide has been quick to pay on each approved claim. Well worth every dollar spent on the premium and I encourage all pet owners to buy the insurance.
