While we appreciate the process in reviewing claims, the turnaround time for payment could be a bit quicker. We do appreciate it's done direct deposit.

I love the care my Vet gives my cat and how Trupanion takes care of my claims.
I couldn't have a better vet at VCA Kapolei Animal Hospital. I completely trust Trupanion. I have read bad reviews and I can't tell you how much they have helped me and my cat. I have a rescue cat. He is 8 years old now. I have needed Trupanion several times and they have come through every time with NO issues. Muah from me and Brody.

Great health insurance
The staff was courteous, helpful and there was not any problem when a claim needed to be adjusted . They also did follow up re:cats health and how I felt about the insurance. I am very pleased. Although my cats are between 1-8, the fee did go up when one cat became 3. I neglected to ask the customer rep what the rates would be for particular age ranges. But so far, I am satisfied.
