When a claim is submitted, Trupanion responds immediately - letting you know they are reviewing it. You also receive a second notice indicating how much you will receive and the reasons, if any, that part of your claim is not covered. Actually an amazing company. Thank you!!!

Love Our Trupanion Pet Insurance
Excellent value, easy to submit claims online, and reimbursement is prompt. Wish they would allow "pre-existing conditions" to be covered when insurance coverage is expanded from conventional treatment to massage/acupuncture. Otherwise I am very happy with Trupanion!
