Trupanion set the new standard in pet care, without their services my German Shepherd of 8 years old would not be here today. I believe it is imperative that anybody with a pet inquires and maintains a consistent policy for the life of their pet (i.e.family member ). When a claim is submitted, Trupanion responds immediately - letting you know they are reviewing it. You also receive a second notice indicating how much you will receive and the reasons, if any, that part of your claim is not covered. Actually an amazing company. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend Trupanion. They are prompt with paying directly to the vet office while I wait, usually within 2-5 minutes. They run a very efficient operation.
