Awesome Service!
Nationwide has been our partner for nearly 8 years now. For every claim they are responsive and expeditious in their process and have been there for Milo and us whenever he needed care. I cannot imagine having a pet without Nationwide as my Pet Insurance partner! Thank you for all you do and have done for Milo, we appreciate it!

Great Improvement
I love how easy it is to use the app to submit claims and also I have noticed the last few have been processed significantly faster than I remember it used to take close to a month lately it’s been within a week or two I am glad to see the claim payout improving timewise.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been Great !
I was hesitant to but pet insurance wondering what would be covered and what wouldn't. It's not cheap but for us it has proven worth the cost. Customer Service has been great and answered all our questions. Nationwide has covered (90%) of all the claims we have submitted including wellness visits and meds. We are happy we got the insurance coverage and very happy with Nationwide.

Great plans and easy claims!
Nationwide's pet insurance program for my three dogs has been totally worth it. I can keep my dogs up-to-date on all their preventative care and have had peace of mind knowing that if they get really sick or hurt, they'll be covered. All the claims that I've submitted have been processed super quick and easy to submit. Actually, I just got a claim update via email while typing this review.
