We could not be happier!
We could not be happier with our experiences with Pets Best,since we decided 2 years ago,to finally obtain Insurance for our then new rescue cat! We have the Wellness Plan as well as the Illness and Accident policy,and with the quick response time for reimbursements,we do not need to be concerned about the initial payment to our Vet! Pets Best makes the entire process so easy and convenient,that all we do is await their e-mail letting us know they have received and processed the claim sent to them by our Vet,as well as alerting us that the reimbursement was sent to our account! The phone reps are also very helpful and caring, and concerned with any questions you may have for them.We highly recommend PetsBest,and we are glad we did our research and chose them to be our partners for our Maggie’s health needs!

I ensure 6 dogs. Until just recently I've been pleased. But now I can only say--- 35 percent increase. Seriously!!!! Starts low,goes high. Way to ruin a day! Still better than some,but u won't stay that way doing that.

No acknowledgement or response to my claim
I uploaded my first claim for one of my 2 dogs after joining the Pets Best insurance. It was one week ago and I have not received any emails acknowledging a receipt of my claim. I had a different pet insurance for my dogs and the company always sent me an acknowledgment for my claim by email. I am disappointed with Pets Best so far.

Straight forward and easy to use
I have been very satisfied with my coverage, but recently called to check on a reimbursement that I had not received yet. I was told that it can't be checked on until 21 days. Am nervous if the check got lost; it was a large amount.
