Worst Pet Insurance

Still the worst possible form of pet insurance ever. Every single claim requires additional documentation and is stretched to longest possible wait for reimbursement. Find another pet insurer if you want to be treated decently. Embrace is just awful. Your reply is all lies. Who wants to wait on hold for an hour? I send an email to claims and am clear that I want to be contacted and get no response. Embrace is one big lie.

I’ve had a challenging experience

I’ve had a challenging experience with this service, particularly in terms of communication. It’s been difficult to get in touch with them, and despite being very thorough when gathering my dog’s medical history, the approach often feels too rigid and lacks flexibility. Several of my dog’s tests and needs were not covered, even though they were directly related to new symptoms caused by a recent environmental change. I’ve been waiting for over a week for a response to a pre-authorization I submitted. These tests are crucial to identifying the underlying issue and providing the care my dog desperately needs. Without coverage, I am faced with the heartbreaking possibility of having to put her down, as I cannot afford the necessary tests or provide the comfort she deserves without knowing what’s wrong. I hope they can improve their communication and reconsider the scope of their coverage for cases like mine.

Meh...

The "diagnosis" options are too narrow in scope. There should be more options, or a diagnosis pending or "other" selection to allow for explanations. The distinction between wellness and covered medications is also unfair. At this juncture I would not recommend Embrace to other pet owners. I've paid $75 a month for over a year and the coverage has not been a good return on investment as of yet.
