I’m very disappointed with this…
I’m very disappointed with this company. It takes a whole month or more for them to process the claim. The medication they have as eligible for refund on their website was not given any credit after all. I’m thinking about switching to H.P.

Glad I went went with Nationwide for my dogs!
First off, the process of signing my dogs up for insurance went smoothly, and secondly, the Nationwide customer support on the phone is great. I also like being able to submit claims online and then receiving payment via direct deposit.
