Very fair dealings
I get reimbursed for everything that is covered under the policy once I have met my deductible with no argument. Processing times could be faster, but that is my biggest complaint.

Very pleased
I am very pleased with the ASPCA pet insurance I have for both of my dogs. I had issues before when the plans were based on reasonable and customary rates which created far too low of reimbursements, but the the insurer listened to their customers and all plans are now based on the billed amount, making it much clearer for you to know what to expect when you seek treatment from a vet. Claims are handled quickly and easily. Customer service is top notch. I recommend them to all my pet owning friends!

Easy to submit claims, pays quickly
I love our pet insurance coverage with Nationwide. The process for submitting claims is very easy and the reimbursements are paid extremely quickly! They communicate clearly all the way through the process and have been great to work with. I would definitely recommend Nationwide to any pet owners.

horrible customer service, and online account terminated immediately upon death
i had multiple claims with HP over the past 3 years. Some small ones were processed within their 10 days claim. others took 2-3 weeks. Emails were not responded to 50% of the time. Phone call holds were over 30 minutes almost every time i called. My dog passed recently, and i had a number of final claims. They TERMINATED my online account immediately upon his death so now i can no longer access the account and check my claims submissions and payments. i think there is one large invice that has not been paid. I have sent 3 emails with no response. I called and was told this is their protocol and essentially too bad for me. I requested a supervisor over a week ago but none has been in touch. I am preparing a formal complaint to the Insurance Board. Stay away from this company!

Great per insurance company
Nationwide pet insurance helped my dog in need when she got bit by an insect. Once I met my deductible, Nationwide was able to reimburse me most of the costs from the vet visits for my pet.

My first and only Pet Insurance
I get healthy paws for all my 5 cats with Healthy Paws. It is easy to insure, easy to claim, quick to reimburse, and best customer services. It is a relief that I do not need to worry about how I will pay for the medical charges incurred by my cats. I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who inquired me about pet insurance, and advice anyone I met at the vet whey they speak about how they should select what to treats due to costs.
