Copays would be an improvement
Easy to use, no issues other than paying up front and waiting for reimbursement. Needs to be more like traditional copay insurance.

Gives peace of mind
I have used Nationwide (and VPI before them) for about 8 years now and i have 2 dogs covered. It is nice having the peace of mind knowing that all or some of my vet bills will be reimbursed. It is so easy to submit claims using the app and the reimbursement always come through in a timely manner. It is pricier than some, but the ease and efficiency makes it worthwhile. I don't really have any complaints other than they stopped covering for neutering and teeth cleaning.

Nationwide is like any other pet insurance company - - Always looking for ways to avoid in paying a claim - Long delays in reviewing and paying claims Between the monthly cost, the deductible and unpaid claims, I don't think I have saved any money for this deal!
