I have 3 dogs insured with you My 9 years old Conan has DCM and you are not covering the expenses claiming it is hereditary , What proof do you have that it is. ? no one said it was. so I am stucked with expensive medecine and no help from you the dog is 9 years old, not much time to live, and this the first big expense that I have had over the years. I probably will not renew any of my insurances I will need that money to take care of my dog.
