Trupanion gave my vet. an estimate of the cost of the surgery, within about 1 hr. I knew what my portion was I had to pay and what Trupanion would pay. I knew before the surgery what my cost would be. That was great. Trupanion sent me a email explaining everything. I would definitely recommend Trupanion. All of the staff is knowledgeable an very nice.

The claims are very easy to submit. They are acknowledged quickly, and payment is very fast.My regret is that, being on a fixed income, I don't know how much longer I can keep up with the premiums which have risen dramatically in the 4 years I have had the policy.
