Super fast turn around time!
I sent in a couple claims for my pup and had the reimbursement direct deposited in my bank account in less than 2 weeks. It's never been so fast and it came at a really good time since his most recent visit was so expensive. I also loved that I received a message checking in on his well being. That was very thoughtful and appreciated.

The Love of My Life Is Feeling Much Better
M little girl, Madison, had a tough week with a bladder infection and constipation all at the same time. Thee poor thing was miserable. She is back to normal with a smile on her face and kisses for all. I am thankful that I have the wellness plan that helped me defray some of the cost involved with her treatment. I loved the ability to use the health line to get advice and comfort that all was going to be okay.

Used to be a great company but, sadly not anymore!
I sat on hold for more then an hour today, I was disconnected three times, transferred four times and finally when I did get a human being I was just told that my claims are all completed. The claims are not completed. Right on the dashboard is shows n/a under 3 of my open claims. One other claim was submitted but isn't showing and I can not view which one didn't go through. These claims have not even received claim numbers yet and they were submitted almost a month ago. My policy premium continues to rise and the customer service continues to decline. I can hardly even understand the people answering the phones anymore because they hardly can speak English. I am incredibly unhappy with this company that I have bragged about for the last 4 years. What a shame. I will be looking into other companies as this is not how I like to do business.

Exceptional customer service
My dog had caught an infection of some sort a few months ago and he’s been in and out of the clinic. After numerous tests, a surgery for remove an infectious mass and 30 days of antibiotics, it seems like he’s going to be great. Throughout this stressful time, ASPCA was a tremendous partner. It was so easy to submit my claims and I was refunded so quickly! They never pushed back as long as I provided details along with my invoice. They made my decision to get Bodie the help he needed so much easier and without the financial burden. They’ve called me a couple of times to check in with Bodie and to see if I needed any assistance. They are an outstanding company with truly compassionate individuals.

Great customer service
My dog Guinness ended up needing major ACL surgery. Filing a claim is so easy with healthy paws and the customer service is amazing. They even emailed me to ask how he was doing after his surgery!

A Worryfree Experience
I never would have thought I would be taking my dog to emergency at 4:00 am. At least when I did I knew she had insurance to help with the cost. I didn't need to make a decision to treat her or not. She is back to being her playful self. I was at my Vet this morning for her annual shots and I mentioned to him how pleased I was getting reimbursed and he asked which company I had insurance with. He had a patient with another insurance company that was trying to deny a claim and wrote a letter to them just this morning.
