From the first day of buying Spot pet insurance to 3 months later The communication and customer service has been amazing. I do all I can to keep my dog healthy but knowing I have great pet insurance gives me peace of mind when an illness happened unexpectedly. We got Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for…
We got Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for our Labrador Retriever when she was a baby. Almost immediately we needed to have her hospitalized for eating a plant and getting very sick. Healthy Paws was there to support us, and covered everything except for the deductible and the cost of the vet exam. Now she is 5 years old and had to have a very expensive, major surgery on her leg. Healthy Paws covered 90% of the surgery, she had already reached her deductible this year. Yes, we had to pay and then submit the claim, but it's easy to submit and they review claims fast and send a reimbursement check. Now our dog is in recovery and doing very well. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance.

Once again saving the day with ease
Just another bump in the road for my 3.5 year old SRH pointer on a Saturday afternoon with 104.5 fever. Trip to Emergency vet $$$ but not to worry. After two weeks of treatment for inflamed Prostate, turned in all invoices online and Done. No hassles, quick response and reimbursement. I will never own a pet without Trupanion coverage.. Excellent service

Amazing so far!
We just signed up with Prudent Pet and are already extremely impressed with them. I got quotes from 6 different pet insurance companies and I love the fact that Prudent is one of the very few that offer preventative care as well. We have a big family so every penny counts- including annual exams, shots, etc because it all adds up! I got a quote on Sunday afternoon from their website and first thing Monday morning a customer service representative called me to follow up on my quote. None of the other companies did that at all whatsoever. She also spent 45 minutes on the phone with me explaining every detail of the coverage with me and letting me know my options. She answered every question I could think of and was so patient and friendly about it despite me taking up so much of her time with my endless inquiries. She made me feel right at ease. I’m really excited for my dog’s new coverage we can’t wait to see how it all works out. I feel relieved that now I don’t have to worry about some expensive bill coming up that we can’t afford. This makes it much easier on our family and gives us a peace of mind that we can give our dog quality care at any time.

Best coverage
I have been with Embrace for over 4 years. My dog had 3 cancer removal surgeries. Thankfully all are covered and rest of the test and hospital stays too... Can't thank Embrace enough. Thank you very much. Without you guys, It would have been very difficult.
