Tanya was fantastic and very professional - your policy though, for a customer who has been with Trupanion for OVER A DECADE, keeps disappointing with each passing year....I truly do understand reasons for most business decisions, and that (sadly) there are many people who are just not "nice" and will take advantage, but this call was regarding a bit of a different scenario for your Claims folks to interpret, and I will state that I am most disappointed in the outcome. Thank you.

The rate paid vs what ends up being covered/reimbursed ... I wish I had shopped around more. Customer service is good, but the items denied or excluded make this brand one that I would hesitate to use again.
