Better off to set up pet savings act
As long as I've had this policy I've never gotten paid for anything. I feel that I've just thrown money away all these years. But, yes, it's easy to file a claim & as long as I'm not getting any money back TruPanion puts it through quickly.

Because your rep explained what had happened to my claim in a very pleasant way. He had a great customer service attitude and in my opinion is a great asset to your company. He was very upbeat and kept me smiling. I have yet to talk to any of your reps that isn't a great customer service rep. I will always be a trupanion customer.

I LOVE TRUPANION
I LOVE TRUPANION! I feel like a lot of insurance company’s for pets are just trying to “get with the trend” of having insurance for your pet. But to me, my pet is my FAMILY, and an insurance company should have the same care as they would for a child. Trupanion makes sure that I feel like my pet will be taken care of something were to happen. I’ve spoken with a couple of agents and they were all great but Kane Daly really helped me. I was unsure about my policy and he cleared up everything. Very insightful employee and it truly felt like he cared about my pet’s well being and didn’t beat around the bush. This is the insurance to get. Thank you Trupanion!

As usual we continue to receive awesome service from Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. I’m amazed how quickly the turn around time they process our claims submitted. They actually process our Pets (JAX & DOLLY)’s claims quicker than my personal human medical insurance. Way to go, keep up the great job!

Paying for this "insurance" is completely pointless
Phone customer service is HORRIBLE. My first claim, for basic preventive care, took well over one month to process and pay. The second one, after initially being denied due to a request for more medical records, was ultimately denied due to a pre-existing condition. The only pre-existing condition my pet has ever had was demodex. My second claim was for a visit to the vet that determined he was experiencing allergies. Demodex and allergies are NOT the same condition. If this "insurance" is not even going to cover the cost of the vet visit, there is absolutely no point in paying $55 a month for it. I am extremely dissatisfied and have canceled my policy. I participate as a volunteer and foster with several local shelters in a very large city. I have been and will continue to let everyone I come into contact with know how horrible Pet's Best service is.
