Continued Awesome Service!
As usual we continue to receive awesome service from Pets Best Pet Health Insurance. I’m amazed how quickly the turn around time they process our claims submitted. They actually process our Pets (JAX & DOLLY)’s claims quicker than my personal human medical insurance. Way to go, keep up the great job!

Paying for this "insurance" is completely pointless
Phone customer service is HORRIBLE. My first claim, for basic preventive care, took well over one month to process and pay. The second one, after initially being denied due to a request for more medical records, was ultimately denied due to a pre-existing condition. The only pre-existing condition my pet has ever had was demodex. My second claim was for a visit to the vet that determined he was experiencing allergies. Demodex and allergies are NOT the same condition. If this "insurance" is not even going to cover the cost of the vet visit, there is absolutely no point in paying $55 a month for it. I am extremely dissatisfied and have canceled my policy. I participate as a volunteer and foster with several local shelters in a very large city. I have been and will continue to let everyone I come into contact with know how horrible Pet's Best service is.

Excellent insurance, quick to respond, easy to submit. Customer service reps are knowledgable and very helpful.
Our Beau had a tooth needing a root canal due to an injury. While dental is generally now covered we were told but because it was deemed as being caused by an injury by the dental specialist we took him to, the claim was reviewed by HealthyPaws and they were in agreement that it should be covered. The only portion not covered was the actual teeth cleaning they did while he was under anesthesia. That was totally understandable as that's part of a pet owners responsibility. The procedure itself was not cheap, more than what a human would have been charged I do believe. We received just over $3K back into our pockets after all was done. Great insurance, I would highly recommend!

Best Investment if you have a pet!!
They cover about 90% of your bills. It has saved me so much. My dog had to have an ACL repair and they covers 95% of it. 2 months later he had to under go the same surgery due to complications and they covered 95% of that as well. Pet insurance is the best investment you can make and I recommend Petsbest.

Best Health Insurance for your Pet
I love this insurance. My dog has had a few health issues and they have paid for all her meds, surgery, MRI, bloodwork and Xrays. I am getting a new puppy later this year and you can be sure that I will continue using Healthy Paws insurance with the new dog. The reimbursement of payment is pretty quick, just a couple of days. I would highly recommend getting this insurance for your dog or cat.

Very expensive
Very expensive, but usually worth the expensive. i've got four dogs and prior to this, two dogs. All dogs insured. However, this is the most money I've paid to insure dogs and I know there are companies that charge less for pretty similar coverage.

Thank You Prudent
I just changed my pet insurance from Nation Wide to Prudent Pet and I am forever thankful I did! I called to get a better understanding of how the insurance works with Prudent and I spoke with a gal who used to be a vet tech (her name is slipping my mind darn it) she was super helpful and patient with me and actually gave me other information regarding my pup. I signed up with Prudent and I am actually saving $$ with this plan. Thank you Prudent your customer service is impeccable and you understand how to treat your customers. Sincerely Mojo's mom

1st time Having Pet insurance
I’ve had Pets Best insurance for about 2 weeks.It was very easy to apply and took about 5 minutes.The Person I spoke with was very informative and never Pushed or tried a “Hard Sell”.The Rate was competitive(Around 60.00 a month) I have filed 3 claims,1 for the initial exam and 2nd distemper shot,A Fecal test and 3rd claim was for the deworming medication.The costs were 130.00,30.50 & 22.50.So far I haven’t heard back yet(5 Days since submitting).I know the Medication isn’t on the approved list but I’m hoping they at least cover part of the Checkup. I will write another review after I hear back.Everything was easy to submit and hopefully I’ll get some type of reimbursement. It’s just nice to have coverage for my furry family member if (God Forbid) anything serious ever happened.
