somewhat disappointed
i am disappointed that the claims didn't pay more. i also was surprised that the monthly rate went up just before I filed the first claim with no explanation or notice.

I DESPISE the fact aha you raised the premium on my dog from $75/month to $100/month because you claim that the "cost of care" in my area has gone up yet I don't see a corresponding increase in vet bills.

Glad I had this for the unexpected.
I had to file an appeal on the initial claim due to a misunderstanding but my vet was very helpful in assisting and clearing up the confusion. I'm glad I had trupanion to assist with the financial part of this bill. Thanks.

I have found the claim reps to be very understanding professional knowledgeable and polite when I have called with a question or asking for an explanation as to why my claim may have been denied.
I have found the claim reps to be very understanding, professional, knowledgeable and polite when I have called with a question or asking for an explanation as to why my claim may have been denied. My concern is that my rates for the policy keep increasing especially if I have been reimbursed for a claim so I hope that I can continue to afford Trupanion for my pet(s).
