The claims process is quick and easy, the communication about the process via text and email is awesome as well. I did not have to interact with anybody this time but every time I do they are friendly and polite and show genuine concern for helping out both myself and my cat Gromit!

Itchy relief by Trupanion.
Trupanion has always paid exactly how the policy has outlined. Our dog has had allergies since she was a pup and has received allergy pills & shots. I submit the claims & Trupanion pays in a timely period and the amount that we applied for. We have proceeded with getting a determination of her allergies and hope to have some answers soon.
