Happy, but not all the time
In general claims are paid right away. However, there is a claim you refused to pay, several years ago, even after talking to Vet, Vet tech, getting onto from tech. Does not make me happy.

Very satisfied client!
Since my vet's office put me on Trupanion Express, every claim (past and present) has gone off without a hitch. I get the receipt of claim immediatley and payment notification soon after and the cheque arrives within a few days. Excellent work
