Upstate Dog

Trupanion pays back 90% of most of my claims. Sometimes they are processed quickly, sometimes not. Customer service reps are helpful and nice, however callbacks are not often and most email inquiries are not returned. Expect HUGE yearly premium increases and this pet insurance carrier is not cheap.

Expect the unexpected

We couldn't be more happy with our decision to join Trupanion. We never expected our pup to have the challenges that he does with allergies. Without Trupanion, we may not have been able to give him the happy, comfortable life that he deserves.
