I'm so glad I got Healthy Paws!
Our dog needed a very expensive surgery on her leg. Submitting the claim was really easy. Their quick response and compassionate inquiry helped emotionally as well as financially during our ordeal. I couldn't be happier with Healthy Paws and am so glad I signed up. I just recommended them to my neighbor.

Amazing Interaction...
My Bouvier is 15 months. I thought about getting pet insurance every time I went to the vet. I loaded up with brochures from a multitude of pet insurance providers, and did nothing until today. I called AKC and spoke with Michaela. She was, no doubt, what I had been waiting for! She was amazing. I asked her to advise me on the best options for a breed that is known for some possible issues. She knew her stuff, and walked me through the process with clarity, and a sense of humor. She mentioned things I hadn’t thought of but should have since I had owned Bouviers in the past. I ended up with coverage that will give me peace of mind regardless of what comes our way.

Exceptional claims service
First puppy ever. Decided to get pet insurance a few years ago. Did not get insurance before as I was always concerned about the potential difficulty in making an insurance claim and getting payment if my puppy got sick. Well, our puppy got sick recently and we took her to the vet. The vet hospital did a lot of CT scans etc. and determined that our puppy had an enlarged liver. Total cost was around $ 4,000. The hospital sent the invoice directly to Trupanion. Within about a week I got an e-mail from Trupanion that the claim had been processed and paid as per the policy. I am extremely impressed and will recommend Trupanion to all others whenever possible. Thank you Trupanion for coming through as promised and the wonderful support.

Terrible customer service, list over a 1000$ in claims, lots of excuses
Can’t submit claims online or review past claims. Months before you get a reimbursement, several calls , missing documents....I do not recommend this company

I've had a great experience with Pets Best!
After reviewing many policies I felt good choosing Pets Best. They have communicated very well through email to give updates on claim status. It's been exactly what I was looking for. Diesel's Bilateral TPLO...
Without your help, I would not have been able to afford this surgery for my handsome boy Diesel... I've been paying into Trupanion for my four babies now for 4 / 5 years and this is the 1st time I've ever had to use it - hopefully, I never have to again but knowing that you're there for things like this is AMAZING ????????!
