Save your money
Put what you are going to give these people every month in an account for your pet, if you are giving it to them you are just throwing it away. They excluded basically everything as a pre existing condition and stole our money for several months before we tried to use it and were denied due to pre existing condition.

Amazing, no hassle, no nothing, the way you’ve always wanted insurance to work.
Truly an amazing process. According to what I read my claim maybe delayed since this was my 1st one. I can’t possibly think how this could have been faster. I had a manager once tell me ‘there’s always room for improvement’, I don’t know how you could possibly improve Trupanion’s claim process. If you’ve made up your mind to purchase pet insurance, stop procrastinating, fill out the form and buy it. Yeah, I read the ‘bad’ reviews as well, no matter what you’re buying someone always has a problem. You won’t be sorry that you purchased Trupanion.

Very happy with Figo!
We've had Figo Pet Insurance for 2-1/2 years and unfortunately had to use it a couple of times for some fairly significant emergency vet bills. Figo has processed the claims and made payment immediately and have provided great customer service whenever I've reached out to them. Read the contracts and details before you buy a policy from any pet insurance provider to make sure you understand what you are buying. I did an analysis of 3-4 different pet insurers and am happy we went with Figo!

Loss&healing thanks to TRUPANION
We have had TRUPANION for three years. They have the friendliest customer service. Our sweet Dante crossed rainbow bridge 14May2019. I was so devastated from his loss, that I could never bring myself to remove him from the plan. I finally emailed TRUPANION in January of this year explaining that he had passed the previous May and asked to remove him. Nothing more. I had not inquired about the extra money I had spent each month on a beloved pet that was no longer living. They refunded me all of that money without me asking. I was so shocked when I saw the refund in my account. They truly know the loss that is left behind when one of your sweet fur babies’ time has come to cross rainbow bridge. Thank you so much, TRUPANION for always ensuring my fluffy loves are well taken care of.
